What is included? -1 x up to 60 min workout session tailored to your needs (recommended to book 30 min FREE consultation prior booking physical session) -Workout programme available as "Bolt-on" which is tailored to your short term goals (Recommended to follow workout plan for at least 4-6 weeks before reviewing your goals and programme) -One off nutrition planning and support available as "Bolt-On" (Nutrition planning and support is available when purchasing Personal Training session only)
