Welcome to the exciting and very first FUN FITNESS & MEGA DANCE PARTY WEEKEND in Brighton! We are bringing out the exceptional and the FUN! Brighton is a fabulous place to host a summer event and we want to show it off!

Get ready for an extraordinary experience that will take you to a whole new level. Check out some of the highlights of the weekend! Have you ever participated in a Flashmob? How about on the beach? This is going to be epic and so much fun to put together! How about a Silent Disco Party on the i360 in Brighton? The iconic i360 has been called everything from the world’s first vertical cable car to a glass donut on a stick of rock! It’s a completely unique experience looking out over the sea and the South Downs from 138 metres! 360 degrees of party vibes and a sky high bar just for us!

Sunday’s Fun Fitness & Mega Dance Party is hosted at the incredible and theatrical event space “The Ironworks” in the quirky Lanes district of Brighton. Think projections, lights and stage! We are bringing you original and entertaining fitness and dance masterclasses to wrap you up in fabulousness! All masterclasses are designed for all levels of fitness and dance - just come along and join the party!

Welcome Master Class
A fusion of dance and fitness by the beach to help people unwind and get into the party mood.
Flashmob Briefing & Rehearsal
You will receive the choreography for the Flashmob before the event so you will be able to practice at home! We will go through the choreography and put the Flashmob together during the rehearsal.
Beach Flashmob
We plan to stage the entire Flashmob twice in different locations near Brighton Beach.
The Great Gatsby Night Out
We’re bringing “roaring twenties” with this lavish 1920’s Great Gatsby themed night out. The Dress Code is formal, with immense glamour, extreme elegance and serious levels of sexiness! The party starts at a private venue with DJ music, canapés and a welcome drink. The bar will be open for us!

i360 Silent Disco Party
9.45pm - 11pm
(Great Gatsby Themed) We will then take the party to a whole new level with a private flight in the i360 viewing pod and the highest bar in the UK! Let's crank up the vibes for the Silent Disco Party!

Street Cardio
Think “Step up”! We will be taking dance & fitness “to the streets” with this fusion workout! Simple but full of attitude! Prepare to bring your dance attitude or workout warrior to the floor where fitness meets street dance.
Tribal Vibes
A steady progression of easy moves to tribal house music! This will get your body moving and your heart rate pumping!

The Showdance Experience
The Rocky Horror Show!
Unleash your Inner Diva with this fun, theatrical and interactive experience! Easy-to-follow catchy choreography, staging and stand-out sequences and then “boom” we put on the Show! Feel free to dress up!
Mega Dance Party
The finale of this event is a mega dance fitness party led by several presenters, with amazing lighting and projections! Easy to follow and just fabulous!

Beach Walk & Photo shoot
We will end the weekend with a stroll along Brighton Beach and through the Lanes with a photo shoot to capture the memories of our wonderful weekend.
