11:00 DEEPWORK - Functional, holistic, dynamic, and yet athletic workout that embraces the Yin and Yang approach to exercise polarity to keep your movement, breathing and alignment in balance.
16:00 STRETCH & FLOW (45min) - A perfect to unwind and stretch it out with a flow that is inspired by Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and primal moves. We will go through various dynamic and static stretches.
10:00 – PILATES FUSION (45 min) - Emphasises strengthening the core muscles, which include the hip, lower back, and abdominal muscles. As it helps to improve posture, balance, and stability, a strong core is crucial for general health and fitness. Additionally, it can aid in lowering the risk of injuries like back pain and muscle strains.
11:00 - TRIBAL FASCIA FLOW - Modern approach to Yoga and fascia training, done in your own time and pace. It combines traditional yoga poses; various facia stretches and balances. We will focus on the physical fitness aspect by utilising yoga postures, fascia breathing, tension and relaxation that promote strength, stability, and flexibility.
