The challenge is designed to work not only your lower body, but also your entire body, including your core which helps you maintain good posture while performing the exercise. 🎯Should you choose to accept, your mission is to do 100 squats every day. Say whaaaat? 😏😏 No, you don't have to complete them all at once.
