Push-ups are fairly easy to do, effective and fun. An integral part of a number of fitness routines and can be used to accomplish a variety of goals. But have you ever considered what would happen if you did a hundred push-ups every day? It's the only way to find out, after all. I'm posing a challenge to myself: what are all the advantages and disadvantages, and what would be the final verdict? I encourage you to participate in this small real-life scientific experiment as well.
